Free Upgrade Eligibility for Mailsmith 1.5 Customers

If you purchased Mailsmith 1.5, you are eligible to receive an upgrade to Mailsmith 2.0 free of charge.

If you purchased Mailsmith 1.5 directly from Bare Bones Software, we have sent a new product serial number and instructions on obtaining the upgrade to your email address of record. If you did not receive this email, please contact our Sales Department.

If you purchased Mailsmith 1.5 from a reseller, please follow the steps below to take advantage of this offer. We will process requests in the order in which they are received.

1. Fax your proof of purchase receipt to us at 978-251-0525.
2. Include your Mailsmith 1.5 serial number and contact information with your fax.

Upgrading a Licensed Copy of Mailsmith 1.0/1.1

Mailsmith version upgrades are only available direct from Bare Bones Software. Please review the information and requirements below carefully before placing your order.

The version upgrade is US$49 for owners of Mailsmith 1.0 and 1.1. You must be a registered user to purchase the version upgrade! Your Mailsmith serial number can be found on the back of the Mailsmith CD-ROM case, or was included on your ESD order receipt. Please provide your serial number when ordering the version upgrade.
